Before you register
Your registration is complete once payment clears at checkout. Seats are held only after payment, not at form submission.
Friday Only tickets are non-refundable. All other tickets are non-refundable within 30 days of the event. Before that window, registrations may be refunded or transferred to another physician or medical student.
Registration is for practicing physicians, residents, and medical students. Your NPI or medical school enrollment is verified before your seat is confirmed.
All sessions take place at HanaHaus in Newport Beach. Friday is an add-on day, and most attendees who join Friday also attend the weekend.
